Full Ritual Bath Guide

Purpose:

To purify the aura, anchor your spirit, and open your psychic perception before divination, dream work, or spiritual decision-making.

Ingredients:

• 3 tbsp Calamus Root (cut & sifted)
• 2 tbsp Cedar Wood shavings (or 5 drops cedar essential oil, diluted)
• 1 tbsp Club Moss (spores or dried plant — handle spores with care)
• 1 large bowl of hot water (for steeping herbs)
• 1 white candle (purity, clarity)
• 1 gold or yellow candle (illumination, will)
• Optional: pinch of sea salt

Steps:

1. Preparation:
   
• Lightly grind Calamus Root to release its scent.
• Combine with Cedar Wood and Club Moss in a heatproof bowl.
• Pour boiling water over the herbs, cover, and steep for 10–15 minutes.
• Strain into bathwater.
2. Consecration:
   
• Light the candles on either side of the tub.
• Hold hands over the steaming bath and recite:
  “By root, by wood, by moss of flame,
  I call the powers by secret name.
  Clear my path, protect my soul,
  Show the truth and make me whole.”

3. Immersion:
   
• Step in slowly, visualizing golden light sinking into your skin.
• Feel Calamus sharpen your senses, Cedar shield you, and Club Moss guide you through inner gates.
• Stay for at least 15 minutes, visualizing a radiant doorway opening in your mind.

5. Closing:
   
• Thank the plant spirits aloud.
• Let the water drain, imagining all obstacles flowing away.
• Snuff the candles, keeping the white candle for future “Three Pillars” work.
